Hello and thank you for joining us on these, some of our favorite discussions about birth. 

We created this mini-course because we know deep in our bones that birth is as much a spiritual journey than a physical one, and we see that conversations about the transformation one undertakes through birth are left completely out of the cultural dialogue about birth. That is truly a tragedy and this is our small part in remedying that for expectant and new families seeking language for the power, pain, triumph, and trauma they experienced on one of the most important days of their lives.

Birth will change you, this we know. Whether you give birth or witness it, you will become a new person when you sit humbly at the feet of its power.
